**Red Ribbon Week is this week - October 22-28th.  Please take time to stop by the table at lunch Wednesday or Thursday to sign a PLEDGE TO BE DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE card.  Thursday -- all students, teachers, and staff -- we will have a RED OUT DAY.  Please wear red in honor of Red Ribbon Week.

**The Arts & Crafts Festival Committee is looking for help setting up booths and carrying things to and from the school on December, 4th.  Hours for the help will be 7:00 a.m to 9:00 a.m. for set up and then return at 3:00 p.m. for take down.  The Committee will pay each helper $25.00.  Ms Renee has the contracts in the office.  The first 5 students to turn in signed contract will be hired.

Students will receive an SFCC T-shirt, three-ring binder and handouts! The workshop will be in the Yeater Learning Center on the Sedalia campus. To register, students can go to https://www.sfccmo.edu/event/act-prep-workshop-2/ to complete the form and then make payment to the SFCC Business office by phone or in person. The workshop is limited to 40 participants, and registration deadline is June 26.

Duties include: picking out manure from stalls, full stall clean outs, picking up and dumping trash cans, bundling firewood, and other various jobs needed in the campground.

**Seniors:  If you are going on the senior trip you and your parent must attend one of the mandatory meetings.  Come to one of these scheduled times, Tuesday at 6:00 pm OR Wednesday at 6:00 pm.

 **Eagle Ranch is looking for hard working, dependable, honest and courteous individuals to help on some weekends.  Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in all types of weather. Duties include: picking out manure from stalls, full stall clean outs, picking up and dumping trash cans, bundling firewood, and other various jobs needed in the campground.

**Locker rooms need to be completely cleaned out today before you go home.  The locker rooms will be closed tomorrow morning during Free Sports Physicals…..SO  do not leave anything in the locker rooms.

  • Free Sports Physicals here at OHS will be on Wednesday, April 4th.  The paperwork was mailed home with grade cards.  You must have the filled out and parent signed paperwork including insurance information returned to the high school office by Monday, April 2nd

  • City Hall is now accepting applications for the Swimming Pool positions for the summer.  You can apply on Facebook or in person at City Hall.
  •  Reminder to Seniors.  4th quarter absences will need to be excused otherwise the time will need to be made up before you can receive your diploma.
  •  Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare is interested in utilizing local area students for employment.  They are seeking students ages 16 and above to work in Environmental Services department.  It is requested that the student commit to working 20 hours per week Supervisor will be flexible with scheduling students due to other activities such as sports, practice, prom and so on.  The students will be working in the hospital performing housekeeping duties and will not be working past 8:00 p.m. during the school week/year.  During summer months the student has the ability if it is available to take more hours if their schedule can accommodate, however that is not a requirement.  The starting wage for this position is $9.23 per hour. See Ms. Hankins for more information.
